Okay, was that just the gayest episode ever or what?

John being asked about his hair?! (That was my initial point of death, before. I almost choked laughing.)

With John and Rodney against the rest of the world, discussing Batman and Catwoman?

And Rodney keeping some of the herb and John going TO CLEAN OUT HIS QUARTERS?! Ah, okay, so basically, Rodney used the herb to make John do what he wanted him to do. And that's clean his quarters? Yeah, right. Sure. I suspect this was a secret code for "Get back to that bed, Rodney, now." Did you see how eager John was? *snerk*

Come on, the only thing more you had to do to cement the ship was to actually show us the wild monkey sex that was happening as soon as the credits started rolling.

So, okay, yes, this was crack. But it was fantastic crack, as opposed to "The Tower". And I don't much care about the plot, and don't want to hear about how stupid they all were, because, that much was obvious and none of it was authorial stupidity.

This was almost fanfic come to life. Minus the hot sex in the end.

Which, seriously ... are you people writing already? Are you?

eta: Ronon in the beginning, asking Rodney about how the space bridge works again? Was so wonderfully yanking Rodney's chain and keeping him out of John's hair. Ronon knows how to push Rodney's buttons, and so does Teyla, who is quite artistically impressed by what Rodney says. How many times has he told them before, you think? And yet, they still act surprised because - look how happy it makes Rodney to talk about it.
Ah, team-love.

And, whoa, everyone wanna bet that Rodney smoked pot in college? Oh, yeah.

Plus the "Buck up, Carson!" and the subsequent resolve face John makes? Just so many kinds of pricelesss.

Speaking of that scene - what the hell was that thing behind John, behind his pilot's seat? Because it suspiciously looked like a travel-toilet seat ... Port-a-potty on the Jumpers! Only, in a really, really odd place.

And, additionally, John in the cell, threatening Lucious? Oh, heavens, HOT. There we have dark John peeking through in an episode full of crack. Fantastic.



I am so. Damn. Happy right now. I love my silly show. I really, really do.
