My bout of absolutely roaring laughter interspersed with odd squeaks probably just scared the cat.
Addendum: I can just hear people scream character assassination a few minutes after the ass-pinching. In fact, I'm tempted to scream along with them. This feels oddly like it was supposed to be a comedy episode but they were taking themselves too serious for it to be real comedy. I'm not sure I like what they did to John. Because that ... woman-person? Just, no. NO. The John in my mind would have run screaming. And not because she's a woman, but because she's that kind of a woman.
