Note: This story is a stand-alone. In another couple of weeks, it will be the introductory chapter to a much longer, co-written story called "Prayer to Saint Michael" that is currently still a work in progress between. I wrote this introductory chapter while Auburn was still busy writing a Big Bang in another fandom. You will not have to read the rest of the story to (hopefully!) enjoy this glimpse into James, however. (Of course, we won't deny that -- when it's posted -- we'd be glad if you did come back. ;-))
