Okay, poor baby. That just isn't fair. Understandable, but not fair. They could have had all three ZPMs! They should have.
(Also, does Rodney look more fluffy and delicious by the week, or is it just me?)

Teyla, you minx. That smile was just all kinds of beautiful. As was the snark.

John is so endeared by Rodney's fluffy hair and fingerpointing that, in turn, he also gives the cutest, most fond smile we have seen on him in months.

John is worried. Which warms my heart.

Radek is cute. "Hello-o!"

Rodney now is worried about John, and John looks beautiful with a headache.

Let me venture a guess? It's whale-song. Whale-song that causing the hallucinations and the headaches and the jumper malfunctions. Ultrasound or something.

Now John is really worried. Which, uhm, looks good on him.

And the whale-song will cause everything on Atlantis to go haywire. People and machines. And, probably Atlantis itself is transmitting some kind of frequency the whales can hear, which is why they come. And it's caused by the fully functioning ZPM, or by a sound emitted by the shot star-drive.

Beds. Infirmary. OMG. (You know what that means, though, right? They can't hear well, so they have to resort to other senses. Lip-reading. Touching. OMG. There needs to be fic. Which - all the better - could be first time. And about painting words on palms with fingers. Shivery touches. Long looks due to lip-reading.
Oh, god, can somebody please write that now?

Rodney's been learning the military signaling stuff very well, hasn't he? And, what was it with the long, deep look just now?

John is being rather flirty. What with the lip-touching and all. *g*

Okay. All right. People? You win. Ronon and Teyla are lovely together. Especially with Ronon being worried, and the chin-touching.

That was some lovely fainting there. Seriously. And I did adore how all the boys where on her in a minute, worried as hell, trying to help.

And, that exchange between Ronon and John? Is exactly the reason why I cannot slash them. Ronon looks at John like a big brother who knows the fix to everything. Ronon trusts explicitly, without reservations.

Lovely painting out the plan. That was cheaper than a CGI effect, and oddly effective. Go, people!
Noticeable, too, how Rodney complains about the plan, and showcases ist logical flaws, but how he doesn't stay behind. He follows John because he knows John can't do this without him. Lovely.

They will kill their ZPM again that way, won't they? And lose all of their F-302s. And say goodbye to any future children.

Ronon and Teyla. Oh, oh, my.

And we end on a balcony scene again. Where John is still clearly jealous of the naming of the whale. And where we need an episode tag in which Rodney realises that John and Radek saved his life as well. And in which he makes it up to them.

Beautiful. And they finally, finally used the ocean.

I think this show can be summerized in one sentence: Everyone loves everybody.

John spends the entire ep convinced that Rodney is the best thing since turkey sandwiches. Ronon clearly adores Teyla. Radek is quietly amused by them all. And Elizabeth doesn't really want to know about whale penises.
