SGA 4x06 - Tabula Rasa
Nov. 2nd, 2007 11:36 pmMy love for this episode cannot be textually rendered.
It was an outbreak episode. I love outbreaks.
And Katie and Rodney together didn't make me want to throw things, instead, they were actually cute.
I could not have more love for Teyla. For kick ass, science-smart, wind-beneath-your-wings Teyla who saves them all with her damn brain. (Where did those writers come from? And can we keep them, please?)
Same amount of love goes to Ronon. Who was just above and beyond awesome today - especially the talking John into taking the gun down.
Rodney. Oh, oh, my baby was losing his mind. And yet he was the bravest little Memento toaster.
Sam. With her still fantastic breasts and nice show of cleavage. (What?)
ZELENKA! Adorably ruffled, all-around dangerous in many ways Zelenka. Seriously, that moment when they realised that no one knew where the control crystal was? Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant.
John's and Rodney's little bet on who would lose the memories first.
But, am I the only one who would have found it more realistic that Katie would have died / at least have been seriously impaired and maybe not have remembered Rodney? Not because I don't want to see the pairing and still kind of think she's a bit dumb (or maybe that's just the way the actress portrays her), but because her colleague died. And she had some of the most severe symptoms. I would have liked to see some repercussions from the illness.
But, apart from that? Oh, the love. The love for Rodney staying with her and falling asleep at her bedside (as we know he has done for John many times.)
