Not overwhelmed this weeks, folks.

There was just too much not adding up.

And because I'm lazy, I'm going to re-post, slightly extended, what I commented in Jane's post:

Lori and Danny having a heart-to-heart over marriage?
Danny suddenly beating himself up over Rachel kind of out of the blue?
No one even asking about Kono (who so very clearly is doing undercover work)?
Danny basically blatantly stating that Lori's a prospective love-interest? I mean, really?
And, yeah, while the parachute stunt was clearly eye-candy, it was so absolutely, eye-wateringly improbable that it didn't work for me in the least. Turn on the Improbability Drive on the Heart of Gold and this is the scene you'd get.

With regards to the Seal sequence: Maybe that didn't work because I'm not an American citizen (and this isn't meant as an insult in any way, but I am firmly anti death penalty and know that a lot of the generalised American public doesn't share my opinion), but watching people get slaughtered, even if they were bad guys doesn't work at all for my idea of justice. Also, the voyeurism aspect was slightly appalling. Even if Danny's "Are you the Walrus" was adorable, but that didn't save the scene.

And while I love Terry O'Quinn, his character kind of makes Steve look stupid, or at least act stupid. Do we really need that?

Also, what's up with tie-less Danny?

And WHY THE HELL IS THE TEAM NOT SHOWING UP AT KONO'S SHOWING HER SUPPORT???????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
