The high point of my week?
Was to receive a letter from an opposing counsel which said attorney (!) had sent to my client when said client claimed money for a job done but never paid:
"I regret to inform you that your opinion is wrong."
And that was IT.
There was nothing else. No legal argument, nothing.
I had a lot of fun with this one, especially with writing a letter in response and asking for "a more eloquent response" this time around.
And, to make it even worse, he was obviously the head of a firm.
The ridiculousness, precious! I hurts us!
